On December 7, 2025, the PMP team gathered at Widus Hotel Clark, Pampanga, for a two-fold celebration: a year-end party and PMP Pain Center’s 5th anniversary. It was a night to look back on all the company has accomplished together and look ahead at the even bigger things in store for 2026. The entire day focused on strengthening bonds among everyone, regardless of branch or position, and reminding them of the shared goals and values that drive PMP forward. Let’s take a look at what happened.

Kicked the Day Off with Team Building

There’s no better way to start the day with some energy and fun, so the team kicked things off with a morning dance to Titanium by David Guetta and Sia. It was the perfect song to set the tone for a day full of activities and celebration. For a moment, everyone looked like they were ready to take on the day and surely not afraid to let loose a little. What a sight!
PMP Pain Center’s 5-Year Milestone with CEO Angelo Romero

After working up an appetite for connection, it was time for a morning discussion with PMP’s CEO, Angelo Romero. He shared how the company performed in 2025 and the branches’ performances. The team also talked about the new branches added this year and how PMP continues to expand and reach more patients.
Branches that experienced challenges were also a part of the discussion to give the team a chance to reflect on what can be improved. He focused on learning from the year’s experiences and using them as a guide.
He also shared the direction for 2026, which is geared toward growth, improving the existing systems, and continuing the company’s mission of helping more patients achieve a pain-free life. The CEO’s message was simple. Keep improving, support each other, and grow together. Five years is a meaningful milestone, but for PMP Pain Center, it marks the beginning of even greater things ahead.
2026 Initiatives Parallel Session

This session was all about discussing new ideas and initiatives for the coming year, with different teams presenting their plans for growth and improvement across various departments, including admin, training and development, human resources, and operations. Here’s a sneak peek at what was discussed:
- The Admin Department covered topics like the new uniform, branch clean-up efforts, and branch appointments to make sure every branch continues to run smoothly.
- In the Human Resources Department, they discussed updates on the Sprout payroll system, leave credits structure, e-salad, and more.
- The PT Training and Development Department shared plans for a more comprehensive PT training program, along with the goal of expanding outsourced training certifications to further develop the team’s skill set.
- The Operations Department introduced initiatives centered on process improvements and training programs to help teams become more efficient and continue developing their skills.
The session covered everything to help align everyone’s goals and made sure that PMP is ready for the challenges and opportunities 2026 will bring.
A Group Debate on Values: To Be Loved, Respected, or Liked?

One of the most exciting parts of the afternoon was the group debate. The question was, what really matters most? To be loved, respected, or liked?
Team members chose one and justified why they believed it was the best. Of course, everyone had different perspectives, and all points made sense in their own way. As the conversation went on, it became clear that the question meant different things to different people as they were shaped by their own experiences and values.
In the end, the CEO concluded the debate with a simple reminder: there is no right or wrong answer. To be loved, respected, and liked are all important. Each one matters, especially in a team that works closely together every single day.
Built Deeper Connections Through Sharing

This was the most vulnerable part of the event. During the group sharing, team members opened up about personal struggles and challenges that are not always seen at work. It’s something that helped everyone understand one another inside and outside the clinic. It was heavy for many, but more than anything, it encouraged everyone to be more understanding, patient, and mindful of their words and actions.

It’s an excellent reminder that everyone is going through something. We may not always see it, but it affects how people show up each day. Some people may be smiling while carrying quiet burdens. Beyond job titles and responsibilities, they are simply people trying their best. The group sharing was so emotional yet much-needed.
Appreciation Circle

After the sharing activity, the team gathered for an appreciation circle. Everyone expressed non-verbal appreciation to all partners and the management team. It’s easy for small acts of kindness and support to go unnoticed, so there’s no better way to acknowledge them than hearing it directly from each other.
Yearly Thanksgiving Toast with CFO and CEO

The night ended on a high note, where PMP Pain Center’s CFO, Naila Romero, led the Thanksgiving Toast alongside CEO Angelo Romero. She shared a story from one of the most difficult seasons the company had ever faced.
There were moments, she admitted, when the thought of giving up crossed her mind. But what kept her moving forward was the presence of the people beside her. With her husband, Angelo, and the entire team standing together, they faced every challenge head-on and found the strength to keep going.
Looking back, those difficult moments became an important part of PMP’s journey. They tested the team, strengthened their resolve, and reminded everyone that the company’s growth was built not only on success but also on perseverance during the hard times.
She highlighted the importance of surrounding oneself with the right people, both in work and in life, emphasizing that strong partnerships can make a meaningful difference in any journey. The evening concluded with a heartfelt toast, leaving everyone inspired and united as they looked forward to the year ahead.
Awards and Recognition
After all the fun and activities, it was time to recognize the people and teams who made 2025 a special year. PMP Pain Center has always been big in recognitions, and this year was no different. Here are the standout winners:
