Maraming salamat ulit, PMP Pain Center Panabo.

I totally get it—that feeling when you go from an 8 or 9 down to a 2 is life-changing. It’s like a heavy weight has finally been lifted off your neck and shoulders. At the start, every move probably felt sharp and exhausting, but now that the pain is mostly gone, you can actually move and breathe without thinking about it constantly. It’s such a relief to finally feel like your body is working with you again instead of against you. You’ve definitely turned a corner!
